Angel attended high school at Maryland Academy of Technology and Health Sciences (2014), and Hampton University (2018) where she majored in Criminal Justices. Angel attended University of Baltimore (2021) for her master's degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization of Courts and Laws. Currently Angel is working on her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice at Walden University. Angel looks forward to having an impact in criminal justice reform. Millicent “Milly” Sasu, Secretary/ BOSS - Carey Law
Millicent (Milly) graduated from Clarksburg High School ‘16 and continued her education career at Montgomery College for two years before transferring to the University of Maryland, College Park where she graduated in 2020 with her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. With her passion for youth justice, Milly enrolled in a dual JD/MSW program, earning her Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2024, and obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in May 2025.
During her last year of law school, Milly was President of the Baltimore Outreach for Student Success (BOSS), an organization dedicated to supporting local youth through mentoring, tutoring, and Teen Court diversionary programming. She also organized and hosted in-person events, such as Mock Trial and Mock Negotiations, to expose youth to careers in the law.
