Mock Trial competitions take place in courthouses in most counties and Baltimore City, beginning in early January through late February. Quarterfinal competitions are scheduled in different locations each year. Semifinal competitions and the State Championship take place in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Courthouse and Supreme Court respectively.
