Moot Court has been postponed until a date to be determined.
Teams consist of 2 students (or 3, with an alternate). In a competition, each student attorney argues one issue of law.
Benefits of Moot Court: There is a tremendous opportunity to gain experience in both written and oral appellate advocacy. Students hone the ability to speak persuasively and think on their feet, and they learn how to distinguish applicability of law, as well as intent versus letter of the law.
