Position: Office Administrator
 
The Office Administrator is a 32-hour per week position (4 days/week @ 8 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, including all Thursday evenings until 7:30pm) designed to handle the daily operations of a small, but busy, non-profit. Applicant must be DEPENDABLE, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. The qualified applicant MUST have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, and Word.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Serve as organization’s office receptionist and initial point of contact
  • Assist all staff members and programs of organization on an as-needed basis, including Teen Court which operates off-site every other Thursday evening
  • Answer phones, take concise messages, and respond to emails
  • Event, meeting and conference coordination (catering, logistical planning, ticket database management)
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Order and maintain office supplies to support daily operations and program functions
  • Maintain orderliness of office
  • Maintain organizational/staff calendar
  • Support IT infrastructure, social media efforts, website and website calendar (No knowledge of html necessary)
